"Believe" Table Runner Kit comes with background borders & binding strips precut.
The laser precut pieces come with heat'n'bond lite fusible backing. Appliques must be stitched to secure.  Backing fabric is included but may have
to be trimmed. 

Supply list includes: batting & thread.
